PRACTICE
AREAS
Grant Review
Outlining a great idea to match a proposal call, researching funding opportunities to match your performance areas, and coordinating the research team or grant submission
Laboratory Training
Providing hands-on, bench-side training in the basic, but important, techniques of the successful biochemist or molecular biologist
Clinical Project Management
You have your research design, funding aligned, team assembled, and study sites onboard - now you just need the hub of that spinning wheel
SOP
Standardized Operating Procedures are essential in transitioning from basic-science research to an operational core lab under good clinical laboratory practices (GCP, GLP, GCLP)
Data Handling
From designing clinical research forms through extracting analytical datasets, there is a lot to detail in data generation and analysis, especially for submission to regulatory agencies
Troubleshooting
A detailed dissection of your entire process may be just what you need to get your research back on track or highlight some new understandings
THE VISION
Leveraging over nine years in clinical research immunology, three years directing a team of clinical research coordinators and a clinical science molecular core lab, and heavily detail-oriented personality, I aim to provide services in the direction of clinical project management and scientific research advisement.
With my PhD in Integrative Biosciences and experience establishing a biomarker identification program for translational medicine, I am well positioned to flourish at the interface of research science and applied medicine by ensuring meaningful, accurate, and complete data is collected through appropriately designed and executed study plans and data analysis for determination of efficacy and safety via clinical trials.
Your goals become my goals as I strive to bridge the temporary gaps in your research, data analytics, or funding programs. I am interested in seeing you succeed, enjoy seeing that spark when a research associate 'gets' the science behind laboratory assays, and hate to see good research fail due to lack of funding. I aim to be just that little bit of extra you need to pull your program together, get out of a result rut, and regain your momentum to continue saving the world.
